The BGMI Masters Series has begun to heat up. While some teams have performed admirably in the first two weeks, this is the final chance for other teams to put on a good show and secure a position in the Grand Finals.

Fans of BGMI may catch their favorite talents in action tonight at 8:00 p.m. on Star Sports 2, LOCO, and Glance Live.

Match results and points table for the BGMI Masters Series 2022 (Week 3 Qualifiers Day 1)

Team Orangutan maintained their dominance from the previous week, claiming their first chicken meal of the week in the opening match. With a total of 12 kills, the team won. Team XO ended fourth with four kills, while Orange Rock Esports finished second with eleven kills.

The second match of the day took place on the Miramar desert map. Chemin Esports' Destro and Robin had excellent assaulting abilities, assisting the team in winning their first chicken feast of the week. Blind Esports put up a tremendous show but fell short of DeltaPG's clutch to win the match.

MaxyOP (Hyderabad Hydras) and BlazeOP (Team SoloMid) were lone survivors who helped their teams finish second and third, respectively.

Team Orangutan made their comeback official by winning the final match of Day 1 and scoring seven kills. The highlights of the match were Ash's excellent rotation to the safe zones and AKOP's crazy fragging.

Despite their best efforts, 7Sea Esports and Global Esports finished second and third, respectively.

While the teams in Group B played in all three matches, the teams in Group A only played in two. Only one match was played by the teams in Group C. It remains to be seen whether Team Orangutan can maintain their lead in the Points Table following tonight's matches.
